Badges are nominative and non transferable. Wearing your badge is mandatory at all times during the conference.

Preview room

The preview room will be open during the opening hours of the conference. It is located in the Mermoz room (above the welcome area – 0,5 floor).
 

Cloakroom

A cloakroom is available next to the welcome desk. Participants are requested not to leave any personal belongings after closing time.
 

Security Notice

As part of the Vigipirate national security plan, bags and suitcases will be subject to inspection at the entrance of the congress venue.

To help ensure a smooth and safe entry for all participants, we kindly ask you to:

  •    Avoid bringing suitcases or large luggage to the venue
  • Do not carry any dangerous or prohibited items (e.g. knives, sharp objects, etc.)

This programme is accredited by the European Board for Accreditation of Continuing Education for Health Professionals (EBAC®) for 14 CME credit(s).

The Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME®), and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada hold an agreement on substantial equivalency of accreditation systems with EBAC®.

Through an agreement between the European Board for Accreditation of Continuing Education for Health Professionals and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EBAC® External CME credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Information on the process to convert EBAC credit to AMA credit can be found on the AMA website. Other health care professionals may obtain from the AMA a certificate of having participated in an activity eligible for conversion of credit to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.

HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE AND CME CREDITS ?

Please note that, in accordance with regulations, your CME credits and certificate of attendance can only be issued once you have completed the evaluation form. This form will be sent to you by email following the conclusion of the event.
